With over 20 years combined practicing and teaching yoga and martial arts, Stewart Maxwell is quite easily one of Jamaica's leading instructors in Yoga and Tai Chi. Our yoga class is Satyananda based, an Iyengar flow is sometimes included. Stewart's extensive experience coming from a sports background allows him to offer comprehensive group classes, private consultations and personal training. He is also a certified massage therapist and Reiki Master.
