A piece of India in your own backyard. Vedatic programs (yoga philosophy) taught by Indian swamis - no tuition policy (free - except for R&B - donations appreciated). Iyengar classes and many other programs - check our website. Beautiful facility in the Pocono Mountains available for use by outside groups and yoga teachers. 1st & 3rd Saturdays: meditation workshop 10-12:30 followed by Indian lunch. 1st & 3rs Sundays: yoga philosophy (Vedanta) 10-12:30 followed by Indian lunch.
