My classes are a blend of flow, alignment and breath. I teach an ALL-LEVELS class which is suitable for the beginner looking for a strong foundation but also appropriate and challenging for the more advanced student looking to deepen his or her practice. The combination of intention, focus, breath, movement and alignment builds heat in the body releasing tension, stress, and toxicity and increases strength and flexibility. My classes are fun, challenging, and filled with philosophy and wisdom. Bring a towel, a yoga mat, an open mind and be ready to sweat. Namaste
