I've been enjoying yoga since 1988 & teaching since 1990. Yoga continues to help me appreciate & live better in my body, have increased body-mind-spirit awareness, & use my breath to regain or maintain wholeness. I offer classes & yoga/meditation retreats to beginners, on-going students & teachers in order to share what makes such a difference in my life.
