Nature's Whisper Yoga

Jolie Cash is a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is certified with Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level and is also an E-RYT at the 500 hour level. She is the founder of Nature's Whisper School of Yoga, a Yoga Alliance certified school. She is also cerified with Tantra Yoga International at the 500 hour level with over 2,000 hours of additional training.

Nature's Whisper Yoga School offers Yoga teacher trainings at the 200 hour level and pending the 500 hour level regostration.

Jolie's class focus is on the integration of wisdom and intuition, in order to release the old to make room for the new. She teaches a fluid style creating a garland of asana (postures),Surya Namaskara (sun salutations), pranayama (breathing)and svasana (relaxation). She also teaches a restorative (spinal)style of Bliss Yoga offering balance to a regular practice. All Jolie's classes are complete with music, aromatherapy,positive affirmations and eyebags for relaxation.

Jolie teaches a regular restorative workshop ~Listening for Nature's WhisperTM, Empowering the Goddess Within~a womens gathering and The Womb of the Goddess~a pregnancy workshop.

She is the founder of Natures WhisperTM Natural Herb products and is sponsored by Marikas Balance and Shiva Shakti collections.
