Centro de IYENGAR® Yoga do Porto opened in September 2002, and is dedicated to the study, teaching and promotion of Yoga, according to the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. It was the first place to open in Portugal for the sole purpose of teaching IYENGAR® Yoga. Located in the city of Oporto, close to the Oporto University (Faculdade de Ciencas etc..), the Centre has a large classroom, with lots of natural light, dressing rooms, and is fully equipped with all IYENGAR® Yoga props.
