Shanti Baby Yoga!

I teach group classes in prenatal (Wednesday nights & Sundays), mommy & baby (Wednesdays, Fridays & Sundays), and eclectic/energetic yoga styles (Mondays & Thursday nights). Shanti Kids, Shanti Teens, Meditation/Healing Circle and more. I also teach private classes, which give you some control over what you learn, work on and spend more time on with relation to breath, asanas or meditation and philosophy. I can't wait to help you explore and discover the world of yoga that is within you.
