Heather has been a student of yoga for 10 years. She is a certified Thai Yoga Therapist who has completed advanced teacher training. Elements from her studies in Yoga, Ayurveda, and Reiki bring lightness, playfulness and power to the work. Her degree in education and experiences in corporate America ground the practice. Heather offers private sessions and workshops that are beneficial for all types of individuals and groups.
