I am an Iyengar trained teacher and have been teaching for over 25 years. I now teach a style of yoga called Desikachar and focus on working with the breath within one's own limits. My classes are small(ish) so I can give personal attention. My public classes are all in Fulham SW London : Tues. 7-9pm; Thursday 7-9pm; and Sunday 11am -1pm. I also teach private classes for 1 to 3 people either in my own house or yours. Please contact me for further details about public or private classes.
