Dancing Feet Yoga, RYS offers tantra centered flow classes, privates and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy with Don Wenig E-RYT. The studio, just 1.5 hours from Chicago in Southwest Michigan's Harbor Country, is a fully equipped yoga oasis. The style is eclectic, heart centered hatha yoga and focuses on personal growth and transformation. Students are empowered to find the yoga within themselves. Beginners and intermediate students are welcome for Shiva Ray inspired flow class, Hot Yoga, Yoga 101, YogaKids and various workshops with guest teachers.
