An inter-disciplinary teacher with 30 years of teaching experience, my approach to Yoga is uniquely personal, based on where you are and using what is readily availabe: the Ground (gravity) to support our body, Breath awareness to keep us present in the moment, and Spinal health and mobility. When combined with self-inquiry, this approach will gently but profoundly bring your mind and body into unison. My classes are holistic and student-centred, poetic and uplifting, suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners who would like to deepen their practice with self-inquiry. My hands-on assist, deeply grounded in my bodywork and energy work practices, adds a special touch to an already meditative Yoga routine. I also teach Pre-Natal and Post-Natal, Restorative and Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of awareness, as taught by Yogi Bhajan PhD. I weave the physical aspect of Yoga with Yoga philosophy and daily spiritual practice, making this ancient wisdom relevant for today's lifestyle. Also a certified Life Coach, Reiki Master and Holistic Health Practitioner, I have additional trainings as a Child Birth Educator and Labour & Post-Partum Doula. I am passionate about inspiring others to find their own gateways to self-integration.
I teach weekly classes and facilitate workshops and Yoga Alliance 200-hour Yoga teacher' training program in Canada and abroad. I am available for private classes and small group.
