Founded in l984, this exceptional school is the area's National Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training School. They offer classes seven days a week serving the gentle to advancing student, injured and healthy and all in between. National Visiting Faculty includes Aadil Palkhivala, Judith Lasater, Doug Keller, and more. The owners have more than l6,000 certified training hours combined. Their teacher training program is considered one of the finest in the Midwest.
