Heather is currently studying with the British Wheel of Yoga for the Teachers Diploma. To add richness and variety to her classes, Heather is constantly attending different yoga workshops all over the UK with a view to experiencing different styles, techniques, wisdom and approaches to the ancient art of yoga. Heather hopes to bring yoga to all age groups with different levels of fitness and therapeutic needs. She is also holding yoga classes specifically for surfers.
