June Greenwood has been teaching yoga in Redcliffe since 1976 and holds a diploma from the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) ,YA and a diploma in Meditation (HH). Classes are held every Tuesday evening at 7.15pm and Thursday evenings at 6.15pm in the Red Cross Hall in Portwood St, Redcliffe. Specialising in Postures, Breath Awareness and relaxation techniques. The classes are suitable for all levels of participants, male and female. Bookings recommended as classes are very popular in the Redcliffe Area and surrounds.
