We are a community based, multi-disciplinary studio that has been sharing yoga with Leslieville for over 7 years. We offer hatha, hatha flow, Iyengar, Yin, Restorative, meditation and Drop-in pre-natal. All of our teachers have a minimum of 5 years (up to 25 years) teaching experience. We welcome new students of all ages and specialize in working with aging but still fantastic bodies! If you can breathe -you can practice yoga.
