At Prana Shakti Yoga we offer challenging Vinyasa flow classes based on the ISHTA tradition. We have a highly instructional,alignment based beginner class which will prepare the student to participate safely in a vinyasa flow practice. We offer a 200 hour teacher training program and a mentor program for those already certified but would like a little more advanced training before heading out to teach. In addition we will be offering in the very near future advanced asana & anatomy workshop series which will count as CEU's for the Yoga Alliance. We also offer a Guided meditation/musical journey the first friday of every month, Rock Your Asana Class on the second Friday of the month & Restorative yoga on the third Friday of the month.
