I have been teaching for 10 years. I specialize in stretching for baby-boomers. People that are stiff & or people that have had injuries can benifit from the type of yoga I teach. The yoga is stretch-based. I also teach Pilates, with or without equipment. Many yoga classes are really tough. I can help people to get to the point that they can take yoga classes.
