The Sanctuary is small studio located less than one mile from the Atlantic Ocean. It is a safe & sacred space for self-discovery,deep transformation,and healing. Currently, the space is being used by a co-op of yoga teachers and healers, offering classes and personal sessions for experienced students, beginner's classes, workshops, teacher trainings, Ida is available to bring her workshops & trainings to your studio as well.
