Employee yoga classes offer the perfect environment for learning and practicing basic yogic stretches and simple breathing techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and physical discomfort. The classes are custom-designed for each company and focus on what is appropriate for the employees whether your goal is fitness, stress reduction or team building.
Our corporate based yoga program focuses on reducing tension in the neck,shoulders, upper back and low back. The corporate sessions take place on the floor in a group setting.Most of the gentle stretches learned can be done at your desk as needed throughout the day to alleviate muscle tension and stress.
Simple breathing techniques are taught to help reduce anxiety and promote a deeper more restful nights sleep. Resulting in improved mental focus during the work day. Guided Imagery is a great way to leave your worries behind for a while and relax your body. Allowing yourself to focus on something rather than nothing like in meditation.
