My classes emphasize an invigorating physical practice that cultivates power and stability, in addition to flexibility and openness. I focus on healthy alignment, mindful motion and deep breathing as I lead students through flowing sequences of postures designed to purify and balance body, mind, and spirit. In addition to general yoga classes, I offer individualized yoga therapy sessions for adults and children.
