The Yoga Forest is located in a quaint small town in Central Florida, and nestled in 5 acres of live-oaks where many birds sing in harmony. The house has two rooms available for a retired, semi-retired person wanting a more contemplative life. Vegetarian diet, a healing environment and lots of space. Vrinda is a direct disciple of Swami Jyotirmayananda, director of the Yoga Research Foundation and trained at the Ashram for 24 years.
