Ryan Crosby, MSW, RYT, has been a student of yoga for 16 years and has taught people of all ages, in a variety of settings. She brings a rich and varied background to her teaching, which is evident in her gentle yet energizing classes. Ryan is a certified Yoga Teacher and registered with The Yoga Alliance. She studied in India with the Himalayan Institute where she earned her 500 Level certification.
