Becky Vann teaches at Classes at the following locations: Bexley,Bexleyheath, Meopham, Dartford, New Ash Green. Many locations in North West Kent. Workshops are held at Head to Toe Pilates - Bexley and at Meopham. I also run Yoga retreat annually.

Her teaching is inspirational superbly fun, and driven by a deep commitment to serve people in opening to their highest potential, both on and off the mat. Becky has been teaching and part of the holistic field for over 16 years, running successful yoga and Pilates classes, workshops and retreats. Trained with The British Wheel of Yoga, Progressive Modern Pilates, Future Fit Pilates and various holistic therapy schools, she offers a unique mix of healthy pleasures for the whole being. "By learning how to discover, love and better manage the body and mind, we become empathetic to others and our surroundings, leading us to develop our spiritual practice".

Encompassing a warm, comforting and approachable nature, she takes pleasure in sharing the enjoyment that yoga, Pilates, massage and healing brings to all those who join her, with her sensitive hands-on adjustments, a focus on correct breathing and most importantly a lot of smiling.
