We are living to be older in years but many of us becoming inflexible and stiff with it. This has a massive affect on our wellbeing and ability to fully partake in life. I teach Hatha and incorporate wide scope of practice. Breathing and meditation and also static & flow yoga. Classes are informational and some fun is weaved in. With Yoga we bring joy and flexibility back into our lives, Yoga is holistic medicine for the physical self! If you have existing problems from posture alignment or from an existing accident then our school of therapy FMM (Full Movement Method) can help you if you become a disciplined practioner of yoga! I teach in Hucknall on a Tues evening two classes, early bird 6.00 until 7.15 and 7.30 until 8.45 £5 / I also teach at SELSTON LEISURE CENTRE on Tuesday mornings 9.30 until 10.30 cost £3.80 per session Both are drop in classes.Bring your mat!
