Beginner and intermediate level classes in yoga and pilates. Yoga classes are 75 min long and include deep relaxation, yoga postures, and breathing. Mat Pilates classes are 60 minutes long. You can take a single class or an 8-week session. Beginners and people with medical conditions are welcome! Experience and expertise in teaching older adults and adolescents.
