The instructors at Yoga Sanga study with Kausthub Desikachar, son of TKV Desikachar, and grandson of the great yoga master,T Krishnamacharya. We currently teach group classes for adults that include postures, breathing, meditation and philosophy, as well as special series, private instruction and yoga therapy. We host workshops and a yoga sutra study group. We strive to keep our classes small and to teach to the unique needs of each student. Please check out our website for more information.
