Private and small weekly group classes available offering individual attention. The Yoga Room School of Long Island is offering a six-month comprehensive Yoga Teacher Certification Program that will be accessible to serious Yoga students and aspiring teachers, as well as experienced students with a desire to deepen their practice. This 200-hour program is primarily rooted in the Iyengar tradition, however embracing other disciplines.
