Your Yoga Lifestyle Studio is Racine's only Yoga Studio conveniently located between Kenosha and Milwaukee. We are just off the shores of Lake Michigan in downtown Racine, WI at 518 College Ave, #2R. Classes offered in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Power, Hot Yoga, Corporate Wellness, Lifestyle Workshops, Lunch & Learn's and eco-friendly Yoga Retreats to Costa Rica. Beginner 3 Week Yoga Program offered every month. Call for start dates. All classes are 75 min long and contain Meditation with Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asanas (postures), Sun Salutations to build up heat in the body and Savasana for deep relaxation with guided imagery. Modifications are shown to fit your bodies needs. All classes require pre-registration. Classes are on-going except for 3 Week Beginner Program and Saturday classes. Call for start dates.
