Most importantly....I have classes for EVERYONE! I have a variety of times and levels to offer, from morning, lunch break, evening, and weekends. I offer Pre-natal, Basic, Energy Yoga, Kid Yoga as well as everything in between. Please come and try a class.....You will be amazed at what you find and feel. Yoga is an incredible way to learn what the inside of your body needs and has to offer to your every day life. You will re-new your being from the inside out.
