We offer Bikram Beginners Clases - an excellent therapeutic series performed in the "HOT ROOM". We are the only Hot Yoga studio in the Western Communities! BIKRAM HOT YOGA is great whether your completely new to yoga, a novice or advance practitioner. The studio is very big with tons of room for new and old students alike. We have showers/change facilities for men & women. Bikram Series is a great Series for all Students - leaving practitioners feeling recharged, rejuvenated and alive!
