Entering our eleventh year, we offer yoga classes in many styles and levels as well as Pilates, NIA, and Tai Chi. Our 4000 square foot Center has three fully equipped studios and offers a wide variety of classes, over 40 each week, taught by experienced, well trained teachers. We are confident that you can find a class that meets your individual needs.
The Center for Yoga is dedicated to the traditional practices of Yoga, taught with integrity and skill. Our intention is to provide the community with a safe and supportive environment for learning, sharing, and healing.
