Yoga Over Easy

Joan specializes in teaching gentle yoga classes that are comfortable, supportive and fun!

Joan's next FR*EE Yoga Class is Thurs, January 3, 7:30-9 pm at Hillcrest Jewish Center in Fresh Meadows. Classes are taught on a mat while standing, sitting or lying down on either the back or belly.

Please bring a yoga mat to session. A pillow and rolled up towel will make your experience more comfortable and are suggested! Classes are mixed levels.

Join Joan's 8-Week Winter Yoga Series from Thurs, Jan 10-Feb 28, 2013 Series fee- $ 120. ($ 10 Discount for those referring someone new to series)

Hillcrest Jewish Center is located at 183-02 Union Turnpike, about 1/8 mile East of St John's University, on the side of Union Tpke heading East Hillcrest offers us a large comfortable space in a warm, welcoming environment. It is centrally located and convenient to local bus transportation.

Mats are available for new students, on a limited basis. Contact yogashrink@nyc.rr.com to reserve a mat for your first class!
