We combine the transformative powers of yoga and meditation with creative and active workshops designed to awaken and empower you and your senses.Workshops are held in South Western France, in the Dordogne River Valley. Trips are held in the off seasons of Spring Fall and sometimes winter. We work with certified teachers of various disciplines chosen for their depth of knowledge. We seek to create an off the beaten trail authentic experience for our small workshop groups of 6-12 people. No prior yoga/meditation experience needed. Our teachers will work 1:1 with each guest.
