Classes, which last one and a half hours, take place in a peaceful Tufnell Park/Kentish Town studio on Mondays, and Wednesday evenings at 7.15pm., also Wednesday mornings at 9.45am. Beginners and intermediate students are welcome. Yoga from Within is an active and sensitive yoga with an emphasis on the consciousness while working quite dynamically with the body. Special individual attention for each participant in classes which consist of asana practice and some concentration and meditation exercises.
