Leena Patel was first exposed to yoga, meditation and spirituality at the age of 4 by her grandparents, her grandfather being a direct disciple of Mahatma Gandhi. Bringing this ancient tradition into the 21st century, she founded Living Yoga Celebrating Life and created Karuna Yoga- a Yoga of Personal Alignment Inner Healing and Global Compassion- to awaken a deeper meaning of the practice and its many applications. Her teachings nurture a long-term and non-evasive approach to health that is both life affirming and transformative, promoting healing on both physical and emotional levels. This fusion of compassion and alignment puts students in the driver's seat of their own well-being and returns them to flourishing at an optimum state so they can fulfill their highest potential and enjoy more enriching lives. Leena is also a skilled Thai Yoga Massage practitioner.
