First yoga certification as Iyengar teacher in 2003. After 10 years of studying and practicing Iyengar Yoga now dedicated to the teachings of Shadow Yoga (also known as Hatha Yoga in Shadow Style) founded by Shandor Remete (Natanaga Zhander). Originally from Berlin/Germany, where she studied and practiced social work, she changed career in 2000 moving to Ireland. Currently committed to a 3 years intensive study of Shadow Yoga- finishing 2008. In addition to her yoga she studies Ayurveda.
