I teach from four styles - Iyengar, Sivananda, Kripalu and Ashtanga. My own unique blend of these styles results in a yoga class with as much challenge as relaxation, strength as flexibility, body alignment as inner awareness. I enjoy helping people learn precision in each yoga pose, re-learning patterns of movement so they are moving from core strength and optimal alignment, the way bodies are originally designed to move. I guide a relaxation and meditation at the end of every class, helping people connect with a deeper awareness. I also teach children's and youth classes.
