Liz has been studying many forms of hatha yoga since 1985, especially Iyengar, Tantra and Ashtanga, and has been teaching since 1990. She combines the physical alignment principles of Iyengar Yoga, cultivating insight and joy from Tantra, and meditation in motion from Ashtanga to bring a rich, deep practice into each student's class experience. Liz is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and holds the maximum 500-hour RYT rating from the National Yoga Alliance.
