Beginner and Intermediate Ashtanga Primary Series Asana teaching with careful attention to breath and movement and correct alignment of the body. I aim to teach and practice in a pain free, and fun class everyone can enjoy. Special care is given for the individual needs of every student and a tailored session is given to students who require private tutelage.
