With her extensive training in both Yoga and Pilates, Olena is an expert at guiding clients through the proper movement at any level, from beginner to advanced, using modifications and props to make the exercises adaptable to clients from all backgrounds, fitness levels, ages and body types. Olena trains a wide variety of people from post rehab clients to elderly to athletes to pregnant women. She personalizes exercise programs based on her clients goals and emphasizes the importance of core stability and good technique to restore balance to all the muscles so they can properly support the joints, thus preventing injury and improving performance. Her intension is to help her clients build strength and improve flexibility as well as to increase clients' self-awareness so they can move more efficiently and without pain.
