beginning/intermediate/advanced hatha yoga. Private and semi-private classes also available. Pamela has been teaching yoga since 1999. She is certified through the Himalayan Institute of Yoga Science and Philosophy, a member of Yoga Alliance as well as the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Currently, Pamela teaches classes in Palatine and Hoffman Estates. She also teaches yoga 1 and 2 at Harper Community College, in Palatine.
