Since June of 2000, Harmony Yoga has evolved from a new form of exercise into a Yoga home to many loyal and devoted students. Being one of the first yoga studios in the area Harmony Yoga introduced individuals to the notion that yoga could be the catalyst for personal transformation. Our vision is to bring the community together with the same love and fulfillment that you receive from the practice of yoga. Harmony offers over 40 classes a week for the beginning student to the advanced practitioner. Our teachers have a deep dedication to their own personal practice and have studied with many gifted and innovative yoga teachers throughout the world. Harmony’s team of teachers holds current certifications with Yoga Alliance. With skillful instruction and sincere care for each student our teachers will lead you through a journey of self discovery.
