I teach from over a 30 years perspective. I am certified in Ananda Yoga (California), have taught yoga for round bodies, anusara, gentle yoga, iyengar. I go slowly and often use affirmations to deepen the spiritual element of the asana pose. I offer yoga retreats in Costa Rica yearound at the Cascada Verde Ecolodge. My husband Mark leads chanting kirtans in the early evenings.
