Sitaram is a unique London home for classes and trainings in nurturing hatha yoga and yoga therapy. We are partnership of eight teachers with special expertise in yoga for pregnancy, birth, babies and postnatal recovery. We also do general yoga classes, yoga for children and families together. Our training courses, workshops, events and retreats (including women's yoga retreats, and mudras and mantras workshops) are a fabulous source of inspiration and guidance for yoga teachers interested in the healing powers of yoga.
