I have been involved with yoga for over 23 years. I teach in the tradition of T Krisnamacharya and TKV Desikachar.I am a BWY qualified teacher. I also teach the BWY foundation 1- pre-teachers course. I offer 9 (small) classes of various levels, plus individual tuition for personal growth and persons with ME/CFS and MS. I also offer a yoga retreat in Sri Lanka. The centre is also available to other yoga teachers
