A Model for Using Yoga in Medicine: The PYT Method Professional Yoga Therapy has been leading the way in medical yoga since 2001 with its grassroots programs in evidence based post-graduate and continuing medical education. PYT uses standardized methodology through its 15 Precepts and 7 Point Method, conceptualized in the Pentagon of Wellness Biopsychosocial Model of Assessment The PYT program is a 15 Module program consisting of distance learning modules with three on-site intensives held in an oceanfront resort setting.
