Isabel is a Qualified and experienced Iyengar yoga teacher and leads weekly classes in central West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire for both beginners and more advanced students including other yoga teachers. She works in a team with registered Osteopath and certified Iyengar teacher Geoffrey Fielding to deliver the following; Thursday's Beginners. 7 - 8.15pm (Geoffrey Fielding) (for total beginners and newcomers to Iyengar yoga) Monday Level 1. 6- 7.15pm,( Isabel Jones Fielding) (for students with 6 months - 2 years experience of Iyengar Yoga) Mondays Level 2. 7.30 - 9pm ( Geoffrey Fielding) (for students with 1 year plus experience of Iyengar yoga) Tuesday General/Intermediate Level. 7.15 - 9pm (Isabel Jones Fielding) (for students with 3 years plus experience of Iyengar yoga. Sunday Monthly Workshop Intermediate Level - 10 - 12 in our fully equipped yoga studio at home over looking West Bridgford Park. Isabel and Geoffrey are well qualified and bring decades of experience to their practice and teaching in a number of therapeutic and creative movement forms including; yoga, pilates, osteopathy, choreography and contemporary dance. Their knowledge of human movement brings a depth and quality to teaching their students and both are committed to improvement and their own life long study of the subject. In 2007 Geoffrey and Isabel set up Movement 4 Health as an alternative business built around the principles of wellbeing inclusion and two way learning. Geoffrey and Isabel reach the widest spectrum of people from; fellow movement and health professionals, professional dancers, arts managers, athletes, people with remedial problems or injuries, disabled people and those interested in making a difference to their long term health and wellbeing.
