Pure Hot Yoga combines modern technology with the ancient discipline of yoga. Our infrared panel heating offers sun-like waves of energy that penetrate deep into the human body (approx. 4 cm) gently elevating the body’s surface temperature and detoxifying the body at a cellular level. Our ceiling mounted heaters aide to warm the body more efficiently than forced air systems, thus preserving precious energy

Infrared heat has a vast array of benefits including joint mobility, promotes healing, reduces muscle stiffness and pain, decreases soreness & inflammation, increases circulation, improves skin tone, promotes weight loss, enhances heart function, lowers blood pressure, detoxifies the body of impurities, and reduces tension.

Our radiant infrared panels produce a healthier studio environment. Unlike most forced heat air systems, this greatly reduces odors, airborne contaminants, dust, microbes, and bacteria. Radiant heat warms an object rather than the air warming on a deeper healthier level. Our radiant heat panels save energy, have a low ‘carbon footprint’, and are fully recyclable.
