Yoga is offered at the C.W. Avery YMCA on Mondays from 5:30-6:15am the cost is $35 for YMCA members for a 7 week session. Yoga is also offered on Thursday evenings from 7:00-7:55pm. The cost is $45 for members. The YMCA is new to the community and will open February 6, 2006!
