Our mission is to communicate the yogic philosophy that the well-being of our world has direct parallels to the physical and mental health of each individual. We stress the proper alignment of mind and body in practise, in meditation, and in walking so that a healthy body and a peaceful mind are maintained. We offer a 500 hour teacher training program, as well as, daily and Mysore classes.
